At first I did not even get the SD card right into the slot – I had to practically force in. Then it was not recognized at all Vista 64-bit. So I tried it with an XP machine, and it was recognized, but I could not read what the card from my camera. IO Gear Customer Support I hit it again (but since it comes packed in bubble, which is difficult) without a Restock fee. I wrote him off, and eventually bought a Sony Reader / Writer, which works awesomely. The only thing that is good to ensure that the USB cable is longer than the Sony, so I might be able to IO Gear out if it works with save THS Sony. Rating: 1 / 5

I’d say one of the older guests that they had difficulty sticking with the card in. There are no agreed “positive” connection. The card (Memory Stick PRO Duo) can easily wobbled into the slot. At first I could not get to work at all. Then I had it working (and thought it must have been me), but today I tried to find it, that the photos are distorted with color bars. Reset the card into my camera and the photos were genuine. It would also be very informative, if a light show on the device that the card is read correctly. I give up. I’m on another. What the hell is it so cheap. Rating: 1 / 5

I bought this reader so my parents would not be bugging me to get my card to them, and upload photos from their camera to keep the computer. So far, my purchase has not remedied the situation, although I do not because the reader himself denken.Dieser reader works as advertised, at least as far as I can judge would – in the light I need at least ten different types of memory cards / sticks tested with all the slots to . No additional software or drivers in Windows XP or Mac OSX 10 necessarily. 5 and data transfer rates are in order. The use of the ubiquitous mini-USB connector cable to lose against my fear and having little to the cable ersetzen.Meine only disappointment in this product are gripes. I would have liked to see a metal case instead of (from a plastic housing, not a problem for the average consumer) because of its durability. And I would also appreciate the inclusion of an indicator LED in the reader. I have a cheap card reader that such an LED and it’s nice to know that the device can be connected and operated, or the transfer of data. These are small things, so important a question unless you take either the device has a good job. Rating: 4 / 5

The Iogear 56-in-1 arrived promptly and works flawlessly, the only problem that I, that when plugged in, hear my magicJack is working. I also downloaded classified Iogear install the driver software for free. Magic Jack did not work before or after the software, this must be a software / hardware conflict with one reboot, make install again after removing MJ Iogear work. Rating: 4 / 5

How can you go wrong with a name brand card reader. . . ? Buy this iogear and find out. It was not recognized by Windows XP Home on 3 different computers. Waste of my time and effort to wait and now they have to go back (packaging can not be made, as Clam-Shell). Rating: 1 / 5
