I bought a stick of 2GB Corsair DDR2-800 memory for a netbook, and I am very satisfied. I bought a Corsair 2GB DDR2-667 more for a netbook in the past, and I was quite satisfied with your purchase. I always run memtest86 to confirm memory is good, and nothing was with this new Corsair memory module differently. It was easy to install and causes no problems. Although I installed it in a netbook, where the limits of the BIOS to optimize my ability, memory settings, my advice to other PC users is to always keep with SPD settings (stock). Some manufacturers such as OCZ, how to sell “high performance” memory, which is only overclocked the memory and the problems with the reliability of results. Corsair and Mushkin usually stick to the basics by selling you what they announced. This stick of 2GB DDR2-800 SODIMM, it was no different and I would be there to my colleagues / friends / colleagues PC users to empfehlen.Meine biggest complaint with the packaging. It also applies to the packaging of other manufacturers used memory. The Memory Stick clips in a clamshell package, and although it protect the memory during transport, makes it almost impossible without removing the module. I try my best to remove them, but it’s really a challenge. I always end up cutting a slit to facilitate easier to remove the gripper. As a customer I should not go through this trouble, to my memory, erhalten.Vorteile without damaging it too: no drama, no stress go – installation and. Zuverlässig.Cons: Packaging design sucks, as always in the last 2-3 years and not only with CorsairGesamt: 5 / 5 stars Rating: 5 / 5

I bought two 2 GB memory sticks, so that my laptop would have a total of 4gb. Everything was decided in order for a few weeks, but Windows XP, finally, that it could not handle the full 4GB. He fell heavily. I had to reinstall to format the hard drive and my computer is not Windows XP, until I removed one of the poles of the memory. After returning to 2 GB of memory installed and everything worked normally. It seems like the product is good, but my Windows XP simply do not deal with the upgrade. As a possible point of interest like, I try to use my experience to 4 GB of RAM under Win XP, add. I have read that some people are successful, an upgrade to as much memory, and some are not. My computer appears to have identified the full 4GB, but finally could not handle it. I have read that some computers do not recognize more than 3 GB if they are running, Win XP. Take what you want from my own experience. Rating: 5 / 5
